Distribution & Lock-up

  • Investors (20%): TGE 10%, 12-month cliff and 12-month vesting period (total 2-year lockup)

  • Partners (10%): The first 1% will be issued to create the ecosystem and the remaining 9% will be subject to a 1-year cliff and 24-month vesting period (total 3-year lockup)

  • Product Development (20%): The first 2% will be issued to develop the product and the remaining 18% will be subjected to a 1-year cliff and 2-year vesting period (total 3-year lockup)

  • Content Fund (5%): First 1% will be issued to create the ecosystem and the remaining 4% will be subject to a 1-year cliff and 36-month vesting period (total 4-year lockup)
